1.Return Policy

We are pleased to accommodate the return and exchange within 30 days after the package delivered to you. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the corresponding original packaging included (according to SKU).

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. If we can’t sell it again, we won’t refund or exchange for you.
The following items cannot be returned or replaced:Sale zone products,bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, andaccessories.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Normally, we will refund you 10-30% according to the item specific problems if you'd like to keep it. We will bear the return shipping fee if you still want to return. Please note: we won't bear the shipping fee of expensive shipping way.

3.Method of Return/Exchange

Note: We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Make sure to contact customer service first.

Please submit the return tracking number.(pls confirm the tracking number correct,so we will process it asap)
When our warehouse receives your package and confirms the product you returned, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.

 

4.Time of Refund

After our warehouse receive your return package and check. If items are all in good condition, we will send refund in 72 hours. We will also inform you at the same time through email.

If you paid with the balance of your Paypal account, the whole process will take about 24-48 business hours.

If you paid with the credit card, it will take about 1-15 business days as your bank need to process the refund to you.

5.Special Note


Due to the customer’s reasons, the delivery fails (wrong address, wrong phone number, long time no pickup), we will not accept refund.
